Laksa is very authentic!!! If i have to describe, its like the laksa you will eat at hotels!! Also love how they provide 1 full limau + free flow sambal belachan. Also tried the kolok mee, not bad. But prefer the laksa. Only 1 feedback, i asked for no seafood but the staff still add seafood. Would be nice if they could pay attention, you can save cost as well :) I also love the ambience, so nice to chill here!

First time came here and I think Laksa Sarawak is good. What makes this place special is their brilliant serving of belacan (shrimp paste) in jar on the side. You get to customize the intensity by adding as much or as little as you want. Perfect for getting that balance of spicy, tangy, and savory flavors exactly to your personal preference.

I may say George’s laksa is my favorite in Kuching. At first, my local friend recommended me to try their laksa. It was my first Sarawak laksa, and I loved everything inside my bowl. The soup is thick, creamy, and has the umami taste, I guess it’s from the prawns. Since then, every morning I always come here for breakfast. I feel so unlucky because the last time I went to Kuching, I didn’t have time to make a visit just to eat laksa here. I came twice and it’s always closed. I hope I can make another visit to Kuching and eat here again.

Among my favorite laksa in the city of Kuching. Several friends of mine from northern Sarawak have enjoyed the laksa here and said that the taste is very unique. Congratulations Mr. George. Will definitely come again

Overall rating 3.5/5: Decent food, good service, clean environment, great location. Food 3.5/5: Decent Sarawak Laksa, flavorful. But the Kolok Mee is rather average, no vinegar, like the normal Kolok Mee sold in West Malaysia. Price reasonable and good portion size. Service 4/5: Friendly and fast service, although almost full house when we were there. Didn't have to wait long for food to be served. Accept payments via e-wallets and QR. Environment: Clean, relaxing dining experience. Location 4/5: Located at Bishopgate Road, very centre of Carpenter Street. Very convenient.

Once a hidden gem to the locals, but no longer now thanks to some videos on socmed. The laksa here is super nice, light and balance. Sooo flavourful although light, and sambal is bottomless! Highly highly recommended to try. Teh c peng special was average. Went here at 7:30am on a Sunday for breakfast and crowd was minimal. After I finished eating more customers kept showing up and they got super busy. If you choose to sit next to the road, you’ll get a nice view of the DUN building.

Perfect hidden spot in Kuching to enjoy a bowl of nicely done laksa! Ordered a set of half boiled egg, goes well with it. A must try for an authentic Sarawak cuisine.
